• Check guests into the ice rink and verify reservations, tickets, waivers, and session info.
• Welcome guests with clear information on sessions, rules, rentals, and activities.
• Process admissions, retail purchases, rentals, exchanges, and refunds per procedures.
• Assist guests with online reservations, waivers, and tech support.
• Operate Merry Meritage retail outlets and sell merchandise with enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, reconcile drawers, and report discrepancies.
• Restock displays and monitor inventory; support special events as needed.
• Communicate with management and teams via radios and devices.
• Ensure check-in, retail, and guest areas stay clean and organized.
