Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service, retail, ticketing, reservations, hospitality, or a public attraction is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems, POS, ticketing platforms, email, and other tech.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience beneficial.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into the ice rink and verify reservations and tickets.
• Provide information on rink sessions, procedures, and rentals.
• Operate POS systems and process retail transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Assist guests with online reservations and tech issues.
• Manage retail outlets and merchandise displays.
• Support special events and holiday activations as needed.
