Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to enable the HR operating model within Global Supply Chain and Logistics. You will partner with leaders and teams at distribution centers to deliver HR services and drive staffing, onboarding, and compliance activities.

You will interact with site leadership and HR partners to ensure accurate recordkeeping, training, and execution of HR programs, while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset and a high level of team support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (Excel/Word/O365).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information and to work independently.
• Ability to take initiative and make fair, consistent decisions.
• Able to multi-task and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools.
• Provide onboarding and day-to-day HR services.
• Support staffing, retention, and compliance needs.
