Insomniac Events in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated Seasonal HR staff member to support full-time HR team with onboarding steps, I-9 verification, data entry, and payroll assistance. You will interact with staff at on-site check-ins and help ensure accurate records.

The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and precise timekeeping for seasonal staff; familiarity with Workday and payroll processes is beneficial, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Competenze

• 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience.
• Human Resources onboarding experience is preferred.
• Flexible with ever-changing duties and schedules.
• Working knowledge of the I-9 verification process.
• Ability to stay organized with attention to detail under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workday and Time Clock Plus is a plus.

• Strong customer service as the face of HR during staff check-in.
• Process new hires through job requisitions via Workday HRIS.
