• Coordinate with hiring managers to resolve onboarding issues.
• Provide updates on onboarding status and requirements.
• Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of onboarding steps and follow up on missing items.
• Process and maintain employee records in HRIS and other systems.
• Monitor HR tickets and email; route complex issues as needed.
• Track background checks and minor work permits before start dates.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep start dates on track.
• Provide onboarding status updates and outstanding requirements.
• Protect confidentiality of employee information.
• Support other seasonal HR administrative needs as assigned.
