Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to maintain contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs and guardrails. The role emphasizes safety and seasonal operations, including snow plowing as needed.

You will work with heavy equipment like tractors, graders, mowers, and other vehicles, requiring a DZ license and willingness to rotate for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related work experience in construction, road maintenance or repair.
• Valid DZ license with acceptable driving record; AZ a plus.

Responsibilities

• For Winter Season - snow/ice removal using snow equipment and salting as needed.
• For Summer Season - maintain/repair roads, signs, guardrails and related surfaces.
• Traffic control setup and removal; transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
