Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industry repair, maintenance or landscaping (outdoor work).
• Strong communication and safety awareness are essential.
• Ability to prepare and maintain neat accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform winter maintenance shift supervision duties as assigned.
• Organize daily/weekly work plans and assign personnel, equipment and materials.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements and contractual standards.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff and supervise contracted staff for compliance.
• Maintain records of hours, materials, and activities and report on performance to supervisor.
