Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or highway infrastructure.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license or higher with acceptable driving record.
• Training in traffic control methods, first aid, dangerous goods handling, WHMIS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, and related assets.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance and repair.
• Perform snow removal and ice control.
• Set up and manage traffic control.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
