Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, seeks a dedicated crew member to maintain contracted assets including roads, medians, signs, guardrails and related structures. You will operate heavy equipment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Ontario DZ license (AZ a plus). Expect winter snow removal and summer road maintenance, with potential for overtime and shift flexibility in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Follow safety policies and procedures consistently.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and diagrams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Operate hand and power tools and light/heavy equipment used for road maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal, ice control, and seasonal maintenance on roads and bridges.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fencing, lighting and potholes as needed.
• Set up and remove traffic control measures.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
