Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Club Concierge to deliver high-level personalized service to members and guests at Limelight Snowmass. You will help with snacks, beverages, ski valet, and local reservations while maintaining club standards and collaborating with multiple internal departments.

Requirements include a high school diploma and hospitality experience; TIPS or food handling certs are a plus. This seasonal role offers a mix of full-time and part-time schedules with weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a hospitality or private club setting preferred
• TIPS or alcohol service certification helpful but not required
• Food Handler Certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with members and guests by name
• Maintain, stock, and present complimentary snack and beverage offerings
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and ambiance
• Coordinate ski valet services including equipment storage, retrieval, and assistance with rentals or tuning
• Assist members with local reservations for dining, activities, spa appointments, and transportation
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits and transactions
• Communicate efficiently with internal departments to fulfill member requests
• Assist with light administrative tasks including email communication and package handling
• Support inventory tracking and retail sales for club merchandise
• Provide information on Mammoth and surrounding area conditions, activities, and events
• Report member feedback, issues, or complaints to the Club Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
