Brighton Resort in Utah is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, present menu options, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service while maintaining the resort’s high hospitality standards.

Qualified candidates are 21+, hold a current food handler permit and alcohol server certification, and can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during ski season.

Formación

• Age 21+ and able to obtain required food handler permit and alcohol server certification.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Strong communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly, guide through the menu, and make confident recommendations.
• Anticipate needs, pace service, and manage table turnover with care.
• Handle guest concerns, apologize, resolve, and involve a manager when needed.
• Know Brighton Resort and local area to answer questions for guests.
• Ensure accurate orders, proper checks, and compliance with policies.
