lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to join the Melrose store. You will lead the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive sales targets while supporting hiring and coaching of team members.

The role requires 1 year of retail or guest experience and experience mentoring others. Work hours vary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• High school diploma or above

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise on the store floor to ensure an exemplary guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and support guests with product needs.
• Open/close the store according to procedures and maintain store readiness.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Give direct feedback and recognition to team members to foster development.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and maintain strong guest connections.
• Balance leadership duties with hands-on coaching, demonstrations, and mentorship.
• Ensure operational excellence and safety during shifts.
