Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our Miami store team. You will champion an exceptional guest experience, lead from the floor, and provide technical product education aligned with brand standards.

You’ll help drive sales goals while supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and the ability to travel within the store network as needed; you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on inclusion

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Open and close the store per procedures
• Review daily data and motivate the team toward sales goals
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding and training
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
