Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver lululemon’s guest experience framework and drive an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education to meet each guest’s needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) and guide the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Prepare for store readiness and ensure operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures and manage daily handoffs.
• Review daily business data to monitor progress toward goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training for new team members.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, and coaching to team members.
