Job summary

Northgate Resorts seeks a Guest Relations Staff member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, escort guests to sites, and provide local information. The role emphasizes outstanding guest experiences, upselling services, and keeping operations smooth across the resort.

Seasonal, full-time or part-time positions available; reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a tablet and POS system.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding assistance at check-in and throughout stay.
• Explain service options and accommodate guest needs.
• Escort guests to lodging or RV site and act as a concierge for local opportunities.
• Upsell ancillary items (firewood, ice, golf carts) and deliver promptly.
• Enforce park rules and maintain safety and courtesy.
• Document notes in the reservation system using a tablet and coordinate with departments.
• Submit work orders and follow guest recovery guidelines.
