Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking Guest Relations Staff to deliver outstanding guest assistance, handle check-ins, escort guests to sites, and act as a concierge for transient guests. The role is seasonal with options for full-time or part-time work and reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor.

Responsibilities include guest interactions, reservations accuracy, and upselling amenities while maintaining park rules. Preferred experience in customer service and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at express check-ins and escort to lodging or RV sites.
• Provide guidance on services and local opportunities for guests.
• Upsell ancillary items (firewood, ice, golf carts) and deliver promptly.
• Enforce park rules, including quiet hours.
• Communicate with departments and escalate issues when needed.
