Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking an Executive Housekeeper (age 18+) to oversee the Camp-Resort housekeeping team. This seasonal, full-time role reports to the Office Manager and ensures cabin cleanliness and operational efficiency across daily and bi-annual tasks.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The position requires nights, weekends, and holidays and involves working within a resort environment.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules staff, monitors payroll, and maintains payroll budget compliance.
• Leads the housekeeping team and inspectors to ensure cabin cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates daily assignments and weekly projects for optimal housekeeping performance.
• Provides coaching and recognition to staff; drives accountability and performance improvement.
• Inspects guest rooms and facilities, reporting issues to maintenance and front desk.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, equipment, SDS, and housekeeping carts with safety in mind.
