Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a Park Ranger to enforce park rules and provide a safe, enjoyable experience for guests. This seasonal role can be full-time or part-time and reports to the Park Services Supervisor.

Candidates should have prior security experience and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include guest interactions, handling emergencies, and maintaining documentation in the reservations system.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Strictly enforce park rules to ensure quiet hours.
• Assist in emergencies and respond to guest concerns.
• Document issues in reservations system and escalate as needed.
• Assist with simple maintenance, late arrivals, and check-ins.
• Complete incident reports and ensure buildings/equipment are secured.
• Understand reservations system to view occupancy and openings.
• Document guest issues for the next shift.
• Participate in other projects as assigned.
