Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest complaints and escalates as appropriate.
• Schedules staff, monitors payroll, and maintains payroll budget compliance.
• Conducts daily stand up meetings with the Guest Relations team.
• Participates in recruitment and selection for the Guest Relations team.
• Develops and delivers training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Supervises daily front desk operations and RSVP handling.
• Guides customers on service options to meet guest needs.
• Ensures reservations, check-in standards, and policies are followed.
• Supervises camper escort program and directs guests to cabins or campsites.
• Provides coaching and feedback to staff; monitors performance.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization of front desk and lobby areas.
