Job summary

Maymont Foundation in Richmond, VA seeks a part-time Seasonal Guest Engagement Associate to ensure guests have positive experiences across Maymont's mansion, gardens and events. This role supports on-site guest services, membership assistance, and event operations, including Bier Garden and Garden Glow, reporting to the Senior Manager of Visitor Experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service in retail, hospitality, or similar settings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all guests, delivering courteous hospitality.
• Provide on-site guest support during events and general admission days.
• Assist guests with memberships and ticket processing by phone or email.
• Maintain current information on Maymont experiences and communicate offerings to guests.
• Assist park safety with enforcing park rules and policies.
