Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service in events, hospitality, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide venue support for private rental events (weddings, receptions, corporate events, etc.).
• Open and close venues and ensure cleanliness and readiness before client arrival.
• Serve as day-of Venue Point of Contact for rental clients and coordinate with Park Operations to address issues.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support organization-wide events with flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
