Job summary

FS Grain, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator to support the Ohio, IL elevator team. Under the Scale Coordinator, you will manage scale tickets, weights, and grades, and coordinate with settlement and origination staff while delivering friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include accurate ticketing, invoicing, reporting, and maintaining orderly scale operations. Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work beyond normal hours are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
• Willingness to perform filing, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale for inbound/outbound/transfer tickets, weights and grades.
• Manage ticket data accuracy and communication with settlement, origination, and operations staff.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to elevator hours and ticket inquiries.
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and filing tasks as directed.
