Job summary

FS Grain, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator at our Holder, IL elevator. Under the Scale Coordinator, you will manage scale operations, tickets, and data accuracy for inbound, outbound, and transfer loads. You will support settlement and operations staff and assist with filing and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills as well as a track record of working effectively with customers is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and beyond normal hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale for inbound, outbound, and transfer loads with accurate tickets.
• Manage errors and adjustments to tickets and communicate with settlement and operations staff.
• Handle invoicing for customer/cash load out tickets and related reporting.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist with filing and reporting duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and participate in required meetings and training.
