Job summary

FS Grain, LLC in Holder, IL, is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator to manage inbound, outbound, and transfer tickets and to ensure accurate scale data and reporting. You will support settlement, origination, and operations staff and assist with filings and daily office tasks.

Ideal candidates have proven computer skills and experience working with customers; knowledge of cooperative principles is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven computer skills as well as a track record of working effectively with customers is required.
• Prefer knowledge of cooperative philosophies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a positive work environment with encouraging and respectful interactions.
• Operate scale for inbound/outbound/transfer with weights and grades.
• Invoicing for customer/cash load out tickets and communicate with settlement and operations staff.
• Provide basic customer service and answer phones as needed.
• Learn and utilize the Scale System to generate reports and manage tickets.
