Responsibilities

• Operate scale including inbound/outbound/transfer, weights and grades.
• Prepare and process tickets; manage invoicing related to scale activities.
• Communicate with settlement, origination and operations staff in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous customer service and support office tasks as needed.
