FS Grain, LLC seeks a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator for the St Anne, IL elevator. This role focuses on accurate ticketing for inbound, outbound, and transfer loads, with error management and collaboration with settlement and operations staff.

A strong customer-service orientation is essential, along with basic office support. The position supports daily scale operations, including weights, grades, and invoicing, and requires the ability to work independently with occasional travel as needed.

• Track record of working effectively with customers required.
• Prefer knowledge of cooperative philosophies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale for inbound/outbound/transfer activities.
• Process tickets, manage errors/adjustments, and coordinate with settlement and operations staff.
• Handle invoicing for customer/cash load out tickets.
• Communicate ticket and weight/grade information to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Assist with filing, reporting, and general office duties as time allows.
