Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the scale and handling inbound/outbound/transfer tickets.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and manage errors or adjustments.
• Communicate ticket details with settlement, origination, and operations staff.
• Provide basic customer service and handle phones when needed.
• Learn and utilize the Scale System for reporting and ticket processing.
