Responsibilities

• Operate the grain scale and manage inbound/outbound tickets and transfers.
• Ensure accurate weight/grade information and proper account selection for customers.
• Prepare and invoice tickets; communicate with settlement, origination and operations staff.
• Assist with filing, reports and other duties for the elevator office.
• Maintain professional customer service and timely communication with staff and customers.
• Support scale operation area cleanliness and organization as time allows.
