Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind).
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain; assist with weighing and grading truckloads.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage: create/move piles; general cleaning of bins/storage structures.
• Maintain safety by following protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
