Job summary

Scoular is seeking motivated grain elevator operators for a seasonal role through the harvest cycle. You will safely load/unload grain, operate heavy equipment, and manage storage while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Candidates should be able to pass a pre-employment physical/drug screen, work overtime including nights and weekends, and tolerate outdoor conditions with PPE. Prior grain facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with climbing ladders, heights, and confined spaces.
• Must be able to work in environments with grain dust.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain and assist with weighing and grading trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and rail car movers.
• Manage grain storage and movement, including creating and moving piles and cleaning bins.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.
