Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending add-ons and thanking customers for their visit.
• Support the store environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring appealing presentation on selling floors.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and attendance policies.
