Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak seasons. You will deliver guest service, assist with merchandising, stocking, and day-to-day store operations with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with retail or guest service experience, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a friendly, reliable demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support store environment including visual and operational aspects and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals and address guest questions promptly.
