Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and maintaining a well-presented store in line with the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

The ideal candidate will provide friendly, efficient service, handle inventory tasks, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their gaming needs while promoting additional items.
• Support store visual and operational aspects and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder.
