Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods, delivering outstanding guest service and assisting with the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, greeting guests, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment. Availability during holidays and peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during holiday periods.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention in line with safety practices.
