Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday days. You will focus on greeting guests, helping them with video game needs, and driving sales while maintaining store standards and merchandise presentation.

The role requires flexibility, strong guest service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, and suggest additional items.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the holiday shopping environment.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure attractive presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Follow GameStop policies and attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
