Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their video gaming needs, and applying selling behaviors.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure presents are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder promptly.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
