Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain merchandising during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring presentation.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
