Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and store policies at all times.
