Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment, contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and be aware of scams.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
