Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide friendly assistance to guests during every visit and resolve questions promptly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs, recommending products and completing transactions.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked on shelves and fixtures.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
