Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service during every transaction and greet guests.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transfer products to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
