Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, upsell where appropriate.
• Support store visuals, operations and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure products are well-presented on the floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Adhere to loss prevention and safety practices throughout shift.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
