Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video game needs, and help maintain a vibrant, well-organized selling floor.

You'll participate in stocking, merchandising, and everyday store operations, focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, and adherence to policies. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this temporary role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
