Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their video gaming needs, recommending items, applying selling behaviors, and thanking guests.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
