Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, making recommendations, and thanking guests.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and well-presented according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, moving products from stock to selling floor, and ensuring orderly presentation.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and stay aware of scams and safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies on attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
