Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and recommending items during transactions.
• Support store environment, visual and operational aspects, and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety awareness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
