Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasonal days, delivering exceptional guest service on a busy sales floor.

You will assist customers, perform light merchandising, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, support returns and exchanges, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and the holiday shopping season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
