GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store environment throughout the holidays.

You’ll greet guests, assist with their video gaming needs, and contribute to all store initiatives, while helping with stocking and merchandising to ensure appealing product presentation. Flexibility is essential to cover nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and assist guests with gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure product presentation is up to standard.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage targets and address guest questions promptly.
