Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking seasonal front-end team members to support cashier duties and guest services. You will efficiently process sales, verify identifications, and guide customers through promotions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll also participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to boost product knowledge, assist with loyalty programs, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a high-volume retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging and checkout duties.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain awareness of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs; ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and store compliance.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
