Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to assist customers as a cashier in a fast-paced setting. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while delivering a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and ads.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
